Zhitomir Cardboard Factory has been operating in the cast container market since August 2005. Molded egg trays and egg boxes are produced on two vacuum molding machines (VMM). Over the years, our customers know our egg tray as high-quality products that can satisfy the most demanding and demanding customers.

Group «А»
Innovative products designed to optimize the transportation costs, the automation of packaging eggs and raising the level of egg protection. All products of group “A” are ideal for factories with automated egg sorting machines.
By changing the geometry and tray shape we obtained a product that is able to partially undertake the pressure in the stack. As a result, our customers have reduced their demand for corrugated boxes and switched to less expensive types of boxes.

Tray the product is designed for the transportation of eggs on the Euro pallets without boxes. The size of the tray selected in such a way that by loading onto a pallet it doesn’t form hanging edges that are the primary cause of crush during transportation.

Belongs to our pioneer “HARTMANN” range which was designed to provide first-class protection of eggs during transportation over long distances. Due to the unique size of the CARGO SMALL tray geometry and protective caps of CARGO TOP we achieved considerable savings in logistics. The general capacity of 40-foot container is 1200-1240 egg boxes whereas tray №20 reduces this number to 920-970 boxes.
